Esmeralda is a lovely name. I can understand why you'd consider it. Just realize that it might be difficult to remember or pronounce but here's a few idea's for names:
Since Esmeralda means Emerald, perhaps you'd consider
Emerald Daycare (or Emerald PlayCare)
or Emerald Island Daycare
Esmeralda's Playground or Esmeralda's Playpen?
Dearest Esmeralda's Daycare ( Dearest Esmeralda was a sweet song by John Denver, btw)
If you'd consider a version of her nickname:
Ezzie's Playground or Playpen might have a fun sound for the families attending
