Daycare Slogan Ideas?

I think that something that includes "grow" would work perfectly. It depends on whether you want the slogan to be presented from the perspective of what you will provide for the children -- or -- what they will be able to do. You could also refer to the little ones as 'sprouts' :)
"A sunny place where children are nurtured to grow and shine."

-given roots/ are nurtured/ are tended to/ given the tools to
-sunny days/explore/experiences/adventures
- to grow/ to flourish/ grow to be their brightest selves/ their spot in the world
