We love chicken thighs because they are always moist and flavorful. Boneless thighs are at least $1 more a pound than bone-in. I wait until the bone-in thighs are on sale and bone them myself.

That's good to know. I have a recipe for Mozzarella and Ham Chicken Thighs that we love. It calls for boneless thighs.

I do the same but not so good at deboning. But cut 2 pieces from each side. I end up with a bone with meat attached.
