I am missing several teeth, molars on top and bottom and my front bottom teeth. I have one on the right bottom, and 2 on the left bottom. The middle teeth are missing and the ones along the sides are missing. I have 3 top middle teeth and one molar on left top. I can't get implants because my bone is too thin or not enough there or something. I forgot what they said, but not a good candidate for implants. What should I do? Cost is a factor.

Ask around and find out who is happy with his or her dentures. Go to that person
If you have a dental school in your community, call and see if they can help with bridges or partials.
Are you on Medicaid or have a dental policy through an employer? Some employer plans (and some state's Medical assistace) may cover parts of the cost for bridges or partials.
Last suggestion is to contact your local Notary, Kiwanis, and United Way to see if they can hook you up with services that can help!
Wishing you the best and G-d bless you!
Sounds like you have some difficulties with your teeth and have issues with tooth decay. In a situation such as this, I would definitely look into having the rest of my teeth removed and getting dentures. If money is an issue this would be the cheapest way to go. Before making your final decision I would consult another dentist to find out if you have any other options.
It sounds like you have no choice but dentures and they would be less expensive than implants (which you say you cannot have anyway).
All of my elders have always told me, "Try to keep your natural teeth as long as possible because dentures are hell." Perhaps see if a dental school can do bridges for you?
Depending on your area there are different places you can go to get Affordable Dentures we have a school here that actually provides a lot of information regarding payment plans and options and even Financial assistance for some people who can't afford dentures. Also implants are very very painful and Dentures are not as painful as that procedure would be.
the good thing about dentures is this allows you to eat food and allows you to keep the architecture of your jaw and face intact, and additionally makes you look less old (for what that's worth)
the bad thing about dentures is how unnatural they feel, the cost, having to always keep them clean, and yes, some risk of infections, etc. I also hear there's a really difficult adjustment period where you will be subject to pain, even rashes, etc
in the end choose what's best for you with what you have to work with. I know plenty of people who have just decided to not replace teeth with anything and it doesn't make them worse people, though it does make things harder with all the morons out there who can't get past something that has been part of the natural human condition for 100+ years (namely - loss of teeth) because they have bought into this pathetic unsustainable commodity fetish reality that "ermagherd! no teeth!" The same pathetic mentality that keeps people more sick than well thru unhealthy, untested pharma interventions, or thru sustaining infantile, unsustainable, plastic appearance/beauty standards
but I digress
