You know those plain spring clip barrettes you get at the dollar store? Boring! Here's a of couple ideas to spruce them up. So for nearly nothing, you can turn these plain Jane's into some major bling.:)
Total Time: A few minutes
Supplies:
- spring clip barrettes
- ribbon
- scissors
- glue gun
- flatback gems
- fabric flowers
- buttons
Steps:
- You may choose to cut a length of ribbon to cover the top first.
- Leave as is or add a button.
- You may wish to leave the background as is and add some large flatback gems with your glue gun.
- Or, add ribbon again and glue on some tiny fabric flowers.
- See? Enjoy!
