Decorating Ordinary Socks

Total Time: Less than an hour

Yield: 1 Pair

Supplies:

• 1 pair of socks. I purchased "boot socks" at the Dollar store.
• scrap lace
• 4 buttons, two per sock

Steps:

1. Cut 2 ½ inch pieces of lace and sew in a vertical row starting at the sock cuff.
2. Sew lace around the cuff. You will need to stretch the cuff, allowing the lace to expand with the cuff when you put the sock on.
3. Sew the buttons on.
