I'm currently in startup mode of a cleaning service in Dade/Broward counties. Should I charge hourly, being that I'm in a high cost area?

The standard is $25 to $45 an hour, so, being in that premium area, you can safely charge $45 an hour

Charge by the job. I'm in NY, and that's what they do. Minimum $90 for apartment.
