How much should I charge for 14hrs of cleaning in a home with 3 bedrooms and 1 bath? It is 900 sq ft. It is a move out, but right at this time they only had us do a basic cleaning, there was a lot of trash and also we had pack almost 1 room of stuff.

I would charge your hourly rate plus 10% for the extra work.
From a customer's point of view, if you already work for them and charge a specific rate for your work, asking for more when the job is done is going to cause bad feelings and the customer may really fuss with you about "breach of contract" even if it was just verbal.
I would tend to let it go, but that is just me.
Now if they were nice people, they would offer you a bonus for your hard work, but not everyone is nice like that.
Maybe you can use the job as a marketing thing where you say hey, we did all this work, I hope you were happy and we would be most grateful if you would you share our card and our name with all your friends. Maybe you can get lots of referrals and then future jobs can be charged at the higher rate for more work if done upfront.
I know this is probably something you don't want to hear, but it is just my honest opinion.
Post back what you decide.
