I feel like my puppy is acting younger than the owners said she was. I don't believe anything they told me. Mocha has no control over her pee when excited which suggests to me she's younger than 3-4 months yet she has molar teeth already. What age do you think she might be? The people I got her from said that sheis 4 months, but idk.

What does your vet say? They can tell from the teeth and size of paws.
Sweet face! Dogs are all different on potty training and getting teeth.
It is a good time to establish him with a vet. The vet can help you age him. And get him up to date on vaccines.
Wishing you a lovely history together!!
Hi,
She is so adorable! She seems to still have her baby teeth, in between the white canine teeth. This would indicate that she is less than 6 months old. By the time she is 6 to 7 months all her baby teeth will be gone. By the time she is a young adult, all her teeth will be bright white. I can tell that she is not an adult yet, just by her knees and her feet. I would say she is under 6 months.
Here is a video that may be helpful and addresses aging a dog by the condition of their teeth:

Hi,
I wanted to add that puppies who urinate, uncontrollably, need to have a very calm environment. Even praise should be low key and quiet. Any kind of loud noise or even looking her in the eye could cause this. I am sending a link that explains this kind of behavior:
