Diamond Post Medal for All Time! 1,246 Posts Literally... deviled eggs! These little devils will be memorable with their spicy kick and adorable little faces. Sriracha is the key to heat in this recipe, but you can use any red hot sauce you like.
Total Time: 30 minutes
Yield: 10 devil faces
Ingredients:
- 5 hardboiled eggs
- 1.5 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 3 tsp Sriracha sauce
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 small tomato
- 2 small black olives
Steps:
- Peel the eggs then halve them lengthwise.
- Place the yolks in a bowl.
- Add the mayonnaise and Sriracha sauce. Mash together and mix well.
- Use a small spoon or piping bag to put the mixture into the egg white halves.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
- To make the horns, cut your tomatoes into really tiny wedges.
- Press into the top of the egg, skin side up.
- Thinly slice olives into rings, then slice rings in half.
- Use the half rings as mouths, both frowning and smiling.
- Chop the rest of the olives up into small pieces to use as eyes.
