I did a cursory look on ebay and google and came up nothing. These discontinued paper things are difficult, but someone somewhere usually eventually puts one up for sale. What you want is to be the first person to find out about it, which is why you put up a Google alert:
google.com/alerts
then enter this in the search: "Graham & Brown pattern 340 Floral OR 5011655003402 inurl:ebay.com" (or replace ebay.com with another site like craigslist) and press CREATE ALERT
if anyone then ever lists it on ebay, you will be notified immediately!
wallusa.com has discontinued paper. You may have to look at regular intervals. You could also put a "wanted" ad in Freecycle.
