Since you know the name of the paper, you can put an alert on eBay and Amazon. You can also put a want ad on Craigslist

Sometimes I have found wallpapers listed just by descriptions.
If not, you may want to set up a Google search so you can get an email when a roll is listed on eBay or Etsy, etc.
