I do a lot of shopping on line as the nearest good nutritious food for me is 40 miles round trip. I buy fresh eggs off craigslist; buy fresh real butter from a creamery; buy from local growers markets in season; fresh, dehydrate, vacuum seal; so I have lots of good products to last me!

I love the Anasazi beans, so well, that I am going to be ordering 25 lbs of them from www.bobsredmill.com; they keep best refrigerated or frozen; I am going to fill my freezer with them; they are the best beans I have tasted; they can be used instead of any other kind; locally they want $7 for a cup! Yikes!
