How do I disinfect my backyard after my pup (a 5-month-old Saint Benard) had parvo around?

The only way to disinfect your yard is with chlorine bleach. It is the only chemical known to kill parvo. Add ½ cup of chlorine bleach with 1 gallon of water in a spray bottle. Now spray the yard. You will need to include the grass, cement, and dirt areas in your yard.
Thank-you very much
Use diluted bleach. I would keep my dogs off. Parvo can last over a year outdoors
To kill parvo in your yard, add 1/2 cup of bleach to 1 gallon of water. Use a spray bottle to dispense the solution over all parts of the yard including grass, dirt and cement.Do the same for the house.
From your question it appears your puppy had Parvo (survived?) and now you need to clean up any area your pup was in.
It is said that bleach is the only thing that will kill this virus but the biggest problem is getting it everywhere that a germ could be - that means inside and outside the house.
Parvo virus can remain in a house for several weeks/months but can survive outside (yard/concrete) for a year or sometimes longer. Here are a couple of links that give very good information on how to eliminate this virus - outside and inside.
