I have several cans of very, very old paint in my garage that I want to dispose of. What is the acceptable way to do this and abide by the law? I live in Ohio. Thank you.

Call your local mayor's office and ask if your city has a place where paint and other materials that cannot go in the regular garbage can be dropped off. Most towns and cities have such a place nowadays.
