I would like some help identifying this small Dixie bedside table/nightstand. I am sure it's been painted and probably a new drawer pull on the bottom there is a stamped 150 coming through the paint. Any help is appreciated such as period, style, value if possible. Thanks!

My personal opinion:
Your nightstand appears to have been made out of 3 different pieces of furniture.
The top part with drawer appears to be the only authentic Dixie piece in the group.
It looks like the original legs were cut off and a centerpiece (harp) was attached and then another piece was attached to this piece for a bottom or stand.
Of course, this is only my opinion and since I can only see one small picture, I could be all wet and this piece could be authentic.
The top was probably the original color.
Furniture is expensive to ship so the final value will depend on the market for this type of furniture in your area.
Market Could be good or 'no interest' so check out local sites for similar pieces and see what is selling in your area. Be sure to check Facebook Marketplace, your zip code.
