I got this stuffed bear at a Salvation Army shop a little while back. I've been trying to find a look alike for him because he reminds me of the one I had when I was younger. But no matter how long I tried to search I couldn't find this specific bear anywhere. Can anyone identify this bear?

I feel that this was a promotional bear offered through JC Penny at Holiday time. You should contact them to see if they can put you in touch with another one. If not, go to social media and advertise your need. There may be some collectors out there whom will sell to you. There are a lot of people at home, looking for ways to make money!

I think these bears were popular in the 80s & 90s so they are going to be around; you may just have to keep searching.
You do not give the size of your bear so that info might help.
I did find several very similar bears but keep in mind that people might have changed the bow tie for something else.
You can also use vintage and size when searching.
