Can anyone identify the lump under my dog's right nostril? She is otherwise her normal self and doesn't appear to be in any pain. The only other changes are slight snoring and bad breath that comes and goes that may be unrelated. I'm just over analysing because I'm worried.

Any change in the skin, whether an animal or human, should be checked out by a professional. Contact your vet.
This lump may not be anything serious but it is something a vet should diagnose as these things do not appear for no reason.
If the other "changes" happened after you noticed the lump then they could very well be related so be sure to tell the vet about these also - just in case.
You are not being overly paranoid or over analyzing as this needs to be checked out. Some things can be minor in the beginning but if not taken care of early then that may change the problem completely.
Take her to her doctor just as you should see your doctor if bodily changes are noticed. She depends on you and since you love her she is in good hands.
Aww.... prayers for your pup! You are being a good mom noticing the change and asking. I would have the vet check just to be sure, especially since she has some bad breath and snoring too.
You dont say when the bump appeared; but the 1st thing I think of is a bee sting. Now if it has been there for a couple of days that is probably not it. Beyond that I think you will need your Vet to determine what it is, and what to do. Good luck to you.
