My toy Poodle recently underwent one treatment of chemo, but then immediately after that she got parvo. She is cured now from parvo, but has gone almost completely bald. Is there a treatment to help her get her hair back? Some people have suggested folic acid, or Scott emulsions, but I don't know what can work. It has been 15 days since chemo and she is almost completely bald.

Your dog's hair will grow back. Since dogs shed at regular intervals, you probably just need to wait until the summer coat starts coming in. When we have had to shave our dog, it takes a full year before she is back to normal. I'm sure you will start seeing some growth as we get warmer weather.
You might consider getting your dog a coat or sweater to keep warm. When my chow chow Honey had very bad mats, we had to shave her entirely at the coldest time of the year. We picked up a bargain vest jacket (in pink) at the pet store. She loved wearing it!

is she cancer-free now? if she's going to get more chemo look into forms that won't cause the hair-loss in the first place. if she is done let her heal before you worry about it, the stress is bad for both of you and we all know stress causes hair-loss
she is cancer free now. we are waiting for the hair to grow back naturally.
it will come back, but may take several months.
Seems like you have had your share of worries with a "baby" you undoubtedly care about so try not to look for more and just love her more and tell her how pretty she is and just wait for her hair to grow back.
