My dog gave birth to 4 pups 34 hours ago and she will not stop panting and also doesn't want to drink water. How can I help her?

I had one dog in all of my life give birth to 3 puppies and I was there the entire time because I was worried about her. it is a lot of work an the dog is so tired when this is done. My dog did recover from the birth in a few hours and the next morning she was drinking water but would not leave the side of her babies. I had to take the bowl of water to her and also her food. She would eat and drink next to the new puppies and not move from their side. I would suggest that you call your vet and talk with them. 34 hours is a long time after giving birth to the puppies to still be panting and not drinking or eating. The dog needs to drink water in order to help the milk come for the babies. I feel this is a bit dangerous and the dog needs to go to the vet or you should at least call the vet. I am sure they will want to see her to make sure she is OK after the birth of her puppies.
You should give the Vet a call , or try to maybe hand feed your dog to keep her hydrated, even if you bottle feed her. She has to stay hydrated in order to nurse the pups.
