My dog is 6 yrs old and started peeing in her bed about 6 months ago. She only does it when we are gone at work and not at night. She sleeps in our bed at night and has never had an accident in our bed. She stays in the kitchen during the day and we also have a pee pad that she use to use all the time. We have taken her to the vet and all test came back normal. Please help!

I would suggest that you use a good enzyme cleaner on the bed to get rid of the pee odor. You can also replace her bed. You need to eliminate the urine smell, otherwise your dog will continue to pee in her bed.
Assuming the Vet ran all the necessary tests to rule out kidney, urinary or other health problems, I would try re-training by crating her when you are gone. Or just restrict her to a different room or area in the house other than your bedroom.
