My baby is 7 months old and I've had her since she was 5 weeks old. I haven't had any issues potty training her whatsoever. But here within the past 2-3 months I have woken up or noticed she pees my bed only when I am in it.
I let her outside consistently while I am awake and even 3-4 times a night while trying to sleep. She's very good at whining at the door letting me know she has to go out. So I know it's not like she's missing any outdoor potty time or anything. I'm always playing with her keeping her occupied while awake and such. I just don't understand. I punish her when she does it and reward her when she doesn't.
I'd leave her in a crate while I'm asleep, but she's in a crate for 15 long hours while I am at work in a hospital 3 nights a week (without messing in her kennel, of course leaving food and water in there with her while I'm gone). I can't leave her to roam the house while I'm asleep because she's been known to chew through my cable wires, phone cords, TV plugs, etc. Am I giving her too much attention when I'm home like over spoiling her? I would love to know why she does this, and how can I make it stop? This has got to come to an end!

It could be a urinary tract infection or the dog is just marking her territory. Take her to the vet to rule out the infection.
I thought that it could be a UTI because sometimes when I let her outside, I notice she only pees in small amounts but its not all of the time. Whenever she does go in the bed its a massive amount for a small dog. Shes a chihuahua/rat terrier mix.
I think you are going to need a Vet for a good answer on this one. It could be a bladder problem or a kidney problem. You need to get your girl checked out. It could be serious.
