My 6 month old Decker Rat Terrier tends to pee in the house just before I take her out. I take her out quite frequently and she will go almost every time. But around 11 (when I let her out for the final time) she decides to pee in the house. It's not just a little bit either, it's a puddle even if I had let her out about an hour prior to it.
I have been monitoring her water intake, but it seems she doesn't drink as much as she used to. (On the subject of accidents) I will put her in her crate when I have to leave for long periods of time, we have someone to let her out every now and then but she manages to poop/pee/throw up in her crate basically every time.

Dog peeing in house.
Step 1
Every time he pees outside give him a treat and praise .
Step 2
Then play with him for a few minutes.
Step 3
Scold him when you catch him peeing on the floor.
Step 4
Then take him right outside.
Step 5
A trip to the vets would not hurt in case he has a medical problem.
Step 6
You need to train him over again like a refresher course.
