Dog Peeing on Bed When Left Alone?

Have a 11 month old Maltese/Shih tzu who is not desexed and a 4 year old female Maltese/Shih tzu. One of them is weeing on the bed when we go out for long amounts of time. Usually someone is home most of the time and this doesn't happen. It is in the spot where the 4 year old sleeps. Also, both dogs are weeing all over the place outside. When we had only the one dog it was only on the grass. Help.

Your dog is marking his territory and expressing displeasure at being left alone. You are the master. He needs to be on a strict meal and walking schedule. He gets crated until he knows not to relieve himself on the bed

Put a chair up on the bed when you leave, this way the dog (dogs) will not be able to get up on the bed !!
