My fiancé and I share custody of a 16 month old Pit Bull terrier named Gunner. Gunner does not poop in the house at my fiancé's house, but he will at mine and always in the same spot. How can I break Gunner of this?

He is marking his territory. Clean the areas thoroughly with an enzyme cleaner to eliminate the odor. Crate the dog if he cannot poop outside.
Your dog is feeling the stress of being moved from one home to another. This will be hard for you to do this because the dog isn't there that much. You might need to get some poop pads and put them in the sport he keeps pooping at.
Dogs get in the habit of being in one place and when they are disrupted, they will act out and poop or pee in a home. This is normal and a habit that you will really need to work on. You'll have to make sure to take the dog out more often for a walk and you'll need to watch him all the time to make sure he is not sniffing around to go poop again. If you see him do this you'll need to take him immediately out of your home to make his poop.
Pickup his poo & place it in the area outside where you want him to go. Leave it there as long as you can & when you want him to go put his nose close to it & hopefully get the hint. Take the dog out after feeding as this is a good time to poo.
