My dog has been at the vet for 10 days after he caught the parvovirus and we were so happy he made it through. We thought he was gonna recover fully after he started eating and drinking and feeling better. Yet today (the 12th day) he was really lethargic and he would not eat AT ALL so we took him to the vet and she gave him antibiotics and IV fluids are in his system. Will he make it back to us? Will he be able to eat again? How high are the chances of him surviving? Is he going to die?

If the dog has made it this far I am sure he will make it. The vet knows what they are doing and he is in good hands. This is just a small set back and you did good getting him to the vet right away. You have saved his life and the vet will take really good care of him for you. I had two dogs with Parvo in the past and it is very scary and you think the dog is not going to make it. The fluids they are giving him are necessary and they are there to monitor him at all times and give him the necessary medication he needs.
Is your dog still with the vet?
I know this set-back happens sometimes but - from what I've read - they usually recover if taken back to the vet for IV fluids - as you did.
We're all hoping for a quick recover so he can be back home with his family.
