Dog Recovering from Parvo Not Eating or Drinking?

I have an 8 week old Great Dane. He just overcome parvo. He's been on fluids and antibiotics through an IV. He's back up and walking and has had normal stools. He even wags his tail. But he will not eat or drink anything. I've been giving him stage 1 baby food cuz his blood is low. His gums are starting to return to their normal color, but he still won't eat anything on his own. What do I do to get his appetite built back up?
