I have this duck who has been laying eggs in my aunt's flower bed. I took the dog out and she was sitting in the grass. When my dog saw her he tried going after her. Luckily I have a leash that you can control how far ahead they can go. When he tried going after her, she flew away. Will she be back? Also if she doesn't come back what should I do because I'm scared the feral cats will get the babies.

The duck will probably not come back if it was scared off.
She came back we officially have 9 eggs but because she comes back when they hatch will i still have to worry about the feral cats still try to get them
She might not come back. Here is a Thriftyfun guide to care for the eggs:

I am glad she decided to come back to her nest.
Yes, feral cats may try to catch the new chicks but you can try to keep track of the days the Mamma duck is nesting and maybe watch for any predators after eggs have hatched (usually 28 days).
Here is a link to a site that has information on how to deal with this.
