I have a 3 year old Shih Tzu and she never pees in house. I went out for few hours and when I came home there was pee on the floor. This is not normal. So we go to bed and she sleeps with me every night. I woke up 2 hours later and she had peed all over my bed, lots. I woke up again a few hours later to pee all over again. She sleeps all night till I get up. She has never done this.

Sounds like a urinary tract infection to me. See your vet.

Any sudden changes in bowel or bladder habits are a prompt to call the vet ASAP! We have been down this route many times and 99 times out of 100 it is a UTI and the antibiotic clears it right up.
If the pup gets a clean bill of health, then talk to the vet about how to determine if it is a behavior issue and any opportunities to retrain (like do a quick round of crate training). The 1 of 100 time this wasn't a UTI, a quick round of crate training brought the behavior issue under control!

This sounds like a UTI. Get your dog to the Vet right away. If you let them go on it can spread to the kidneys.
