My 1 year old dog started pooping in the house. She has had the same routine for a year and just started pooping on the floor when we leave for work or before we wake up. She is use to being let out at 9 at night and not again until we get home from work, as we go to work early. I just don't understand why she's doing it when her routine has been the same since she was little.

It could simply be that she needs to go out earlier. I have found that whenever my dogs get up from sleeping and start walking around thats when they have to go so try taking her out directly after she wakes up. Im sure she would rather go outside but if there is nobody there to let her out she has no choice. You may just have to adjust your schedule some as she is growing and eating more she may need to go out sooner or later according to the last time she has eaten.
That is a long time to be left alone. You may need to have wee-wee pads to use instead of just going on the floor. She may not be able to hold it in that long anymore.
Dog peeing and pooping on floor.
The dog should go out 10 minutes after he wakes. Then try every half hour.
Block him in the kitchen or a small space. When he goes outside, feed him treats.
