I had my brother's dog in my house for a couple of days. Now my dog won't stop urinating on everything. The other dog left last night, but my dog is still urinating on things. What can I do?

Your dog was marking its territory. Clean everything with an enzyme cleaner to remove the scent. Now that the other dog is gone things should go back to normal.
If both dogs are male dogs this is normal and your dog is marking his territory and trying to get the scent of the other dog out of your home. You'll need to do a really good cleaning job in your home.
I hope you got this resolved. My first thought was the dog got a urinary tract infection from the other dog. Changes in bladder habits are most often (in my world) a health issue vs. anything else.
If the pup gets a clean bill of health, he could be marking his territory, but he would have been doing that while the dog was there not just after the dog left, which is why this is not my top thought on what is happening
No matter what, I would use a steam cleaner to clean the carpet and floors. There are special enzyme cleaners that break down the urine smell. Just be sure they are safe for the machine you are using. Our local Walmart has the machines and the formula you have to buy to use in the machine.
If you have a Bissell, see if it is like ours which recommended using Bissell 2X Pet Stain Odor Formula Concentrated Steam Cleaner Chemical. I personally hate using it, but have had to when our late Carmel Ann started having serious incontinence issues (before we got her into diapers). It worked, but to me it smelled AWFUL. If you are sensitive to smells be sure to open the windows when using it.
