My Shih Tzu is 1-2 years old. He got his yearly vaccination (rabies and distemper shots) 4 days back. He was fine, ate a little and was active for the following three days after the vaccination. But on the fourth day, he didn't eat at all. He ate grass and puked foamy vomit. What's wrong with my dog? Is this because of the vaccination?

Normally when you take the dog to get the shots each year the vet will tell you that the dog will be very tired and might not eat for the first 24 hours. Considering the dog got the shots 4 days ago this time frame should have passed by now. I would call the vet and talk t the vet. There could be another issue with the dog and why it has stopped eating now.
I hope your Shih Tzu is feeling better.
Eating grass and vomiting is usually okay and maybe even a day of not eating (still drinking water is more important then not eating for a day). If it goes on longer than a day then be very sure to talk to the vet.
Contact a Vet! A lot of times dogs do this to vomit, having stomach or intestinal problems. Watch your fur baby, get him checked when you can!
What did the vet say? Hopefully the pup is OK. It could be a reaction to the vaccine. Eating grass is normal for many dogs, but if not for yours, be sure to tell the vet that.
