Dog Stopped Using Puppy Pads?

I have 2 Yorkies who just turned 1 in 2/2016. They have both been house trained for months now. We let them run the house and they go back to either crate we provide for them to go potty on pads. All of a sudden the younger one (same litter) has decided to poop and pee in front of us, especially if she doesn't get attention when she wants it.

They have both been spayed and chipped since they were 8 months old. They have always hated the outdoors, but have been trained to pee and poop in either crate when running around. The youngest and smallest of the litter (1 lb. 7 oz.) has for the past 4 days pooped and peed in the house. They are our pride and joy. Help.
