My female dog gave birth and none of the puppies survived. Ever since 2 days ago when another puppy came out of her, which we also found dead, she hasn't been eating or drinking. What should we do to help her?

Get her to the vet ASAP !!!! She may have another dead puppy inside her that is causing an infection to start. It could eventually kill her.
Don't delay!!!!!
You have my condolences on the loss of the pups.
If you have an emergency vet hospital nearby, please get her there ASAP. There are so many post birth complications that could be happening that it is critical to get care fast to prevent even worse outcomes than losing the pups.
If you do not have vet hospital nearby, see if your vet has an emergency process.
Post back with update! Prayers for healing.
It almost sounds like what happened to my female. Her puppies were not born dead but not long after having the puppies she developed an infection because part of the cord was still inside of her. I would get the dog to the vet right away. They had to do an emergency surgery on my dog in order to save her life. I would not wait long on this one and it is necessary to get the dog to the vet as soon as possible.
This depression for a dog! The lost is to great to deal with, Please take to a Vet, to make sure that this animal also stays healthy!
You need to get her to the Vet asap. The same infection that may have killed the puppies may be infecting the mom dog. Get her in immediately.
It sounds like your dog had a puppy stuck in the birth canal. There could still be more dead puppies stuck inside. That is what happened to my black pitbull.SHE ALMOST DIED FROM INFECTION.At the time I was unemployed and could not get any vets to help me until about a week later.By some miracle I found a vet that accepted payments.Even though she initially expelled the dead puppy that got stuck in her birth canal there was still 4 more dead puppies inside her.The toxins from the dead fetuses almost killed her and she was to weak to expell the fetuses. She had the first four puppies on her own with no problem then puppy number five made his way out and got stuck in the birth canal.Unfortunately he and the four puppies behind him died.By some miracle the first four survived despite everything that was happening with the mother dog.I would not delay and mess around with this at all.I insist,VET VET VET.Make it possible some how even if you gotta' beg!
