I started noticing that my dog was not eating. He started looking tired and exhausted he was as hyper like his normal self. The days where going by and when I noticed it had been a week since he had eaten anything, but he was drinking water. The only problem was that he could not keep the water down. He started throwing up and before I knew it he was pooping blood with worms in it and it had an awful smell. We took him to the vet and they diagnosed him with parvo.
Unfortunately we could not afford the medication so we took him home and I started to give him Pedyalite with water through a syringe and by the second day I started feeding him puppy soft food and now I am mixing with solid food. But I have noticed he has pieces of his skin bleeding like he has gotten in a fight or something, but he has always been home. Could he be over his parvo?

He might have mites or another parasite. If finances are a problem, contact your local SPCA
Prayers for you and your pup. Definitely talk to your vet Asap and explain your financial challenges. Many will work with you to help manage care. Parvo can be managed, but proper care is critical to good outcomes.
Since you have access to a computer, you could try a go fund me to help pay for the care. It's a fairly easy process and once you link it to your social media, people are often willing to pitch in to help pups in need. Be sure to follow their instructions carefully and get it linked with a bank account so you get access to the donations quickly!
Keep us posted. Prayers for all!!!!
I cannot think of what could be causing your dogs bleeding skin. I think you may need to see a Vet for this one. The fact that your dog is keeping some food and water down is a very good sign. It takes quite awhile for dogs to get over parvo.
