Put an ad on a local Freecycle or Buy and Sell, and see if any one wants them. Some artists use them for art projects, and craftspeople make lamps and such out of them. You could contact groups such as Scouts or Guides or the like to see if they might want them for some sort of craft. Perhaps the art department in a school, for use in altered book projects. You can not donate them to the Salvation Army, Good Will, or other Thrift Shops.
