Put an ad in Freecycle or Craigslist. You will get a lot of takers.
I personally hope you will take the time and call some of the church thrift stores or especially Hospice thrift store and see if they can use it. If they can then you will know that it may be used to benefit someone in need. (Please - not Goodwill.)

Yes there are missions that make clothing for girls! The clean clothing make them less attractive to sex sellers. If it seems the girls have clothes them they have a family that would chase after.
