I have a sewing workroom and have excess of fabric and some odd sizes of drapes in large volumes. Can someone pick up from my factory?

Some churchs still make quilts for various places. Try local
If you have Craigslist or Freecycle you could advertise there. If you want the fabric to go to a charity you would need to make this clear. Otherwise I expect churches would be glad to hear from you if they have active craft circles which work for charities.
Call Goodwill or St. Vincent DePaul for pickup. Perhaps a church would welcome the fabric in making items for a fundraiser. They should be more than happy to pick them up.
Almost all of the big name charities have regular pick-up days for different areas of each city. Salvation Army, Goodwill, many churches that have thrift stores.
You can find these charities on the Internet or phone. Just call and ask them to stop at your place on their scheduled trip to your area.
Goodwill also usually has drop off places/trucks around many cities.
Donate to a nursing home. The residents will be able to make things with it.
I second that one! Call a nursing or rehabilitation center and tell them you have a lot of fabric you would like to donate. I'm sure they'll pick it up!
Some town senior centers will send someone out for your fabric. They usually have quilting days & sewing clubs.
If you are in the United States visit this link for local quilting guilds in your area. www.americanquilter.com/
Your city's senior center has contacts as well as local hospitals' neonatal units.
When my mother passed two quilting quild ladies came and gratefully took away a lot of fabric from her collection and assured me they would use it and not throw it away.
We would love to consider for our cancer charity quilt donation. Where are you located?
