Can you recommend a place to donate plastic canvas sheets? I have over 100. I no longer pursue this hobby. I have many other supplies if any interest.

Put an ad advertising it for free on Freecycle or Craigslist
You could sell them on eBay for around $20.
Our senior center and local preschool both take donations of craft supplies, including plastic canvas.
In addition to the senior center and daycare that's already been suggested, you might contact an assisted living facility or a group home for mentally or physically challenged adults to see if they could use them. Youth organizations are another possibility.
These are the type of items that sell really well on eBay and they are also very easy to ship.
Here is a link to the recently sold lots on eBay (pre-owned) so you can get an idea as to what they are selling for.

You can also sell these on Craigslist so, unless you just wish to donate, try your hand at making extra money for the holidays.
Hospice Thrift stores would love to have your supplies and they are a very worthy charity. Google with your zip code for your local store's location.
i would definitely try to sell the online or on facebook groups, if you can list them
sometimes the opportunity cost of selling them is too high so then just consulting with a school, church, or freecycle would be good
