Looking for a non-profit to donate scrap fabric on an ongoing basis near Culver City California, 90232.
I would check with some women's shelters in your area. They are always in need of material for the women that come there. There is also organizations like the Girl Scouts that do project for children's hospitals and other organizations.
You can call any of your veteran organizations and see if they can give you a list as they have access to a lot of information. Also, Lion's Club, Salvation Army, Hospice Thrift stores and locate a local quilters club as many of these make quilts for worthwhile projects.

Contact "ghalmi" in Rhode Island that had a message in this same forum who is trying to find a place to donate alot of fabric.
I make afghans, fleece blankets, etc, for Project Linus and they accept donated fabric and yarn. The quilts these ladies make for children are beautiful.
