I have a sports bag business, and I have a large amount of bags (LOTS!) that are either defective or not to standard. They are pretty large bags, and could either be cannibalized for parts and fabric (zippers, shoulder straps, buckles, and Cordura-like polyester fabric), or repaired and redesigned into other sports gear. Right now, they're just taking up space. I'd love to donate them to a school or program that could use them, especially if they'd be willing to come and pick them up.
