Dye Transferred in the Wash?

I accidentally put my dark green shirt in the wash with my other clothes and now I have a white patterned towel and light blue jeans that are tinged green. What can I use to remove the dye? Please help!

I'm not sure about green tints, however, if a red and white shirt are washed with other whites ; pour table salt in with the wash and it prevents the red from bleeding onto the white clothes, I'm talking pour about a half cup around the water!!
