Dye Transferred to Cotton Shirt in Wash?

I washed my blue and white shirt with another color that bled and it got stained. I dried it before I saw that it had stains. I washed it several times. I tried vinegar, lemon juice, and whitener, but not working. What can I do to save my shirt?

nothing will bring it back to the original colors. you could dye it darker with pink, so you might end up with pink and purple
