I washed my checkered pants in the wash without thinking about it and the black from my checkered pants bled into the white. Is there anyway I can get the white back to fully white?

You could try Color Oops
I thought Color Oops was for hair?
This problem can usually be remedied but may depend on several things.
Has this garment been placed in dryer? Usually makes color more permanent/set and more difficult to remove.
What type of material? Cotton is usually easier to work with.
You will find lots of suggestions on Google so check some of these.

There are several brands of "color bleed/transfer remover" and these usually work - follow instructions. Can be found in big box stores or online.

Be sure to read labels as some products are for putting in wash to KEEP colors from running (not removal after the fact). These products are good also.
