I was wondering if you could tell me the range of year it was made and value. Thank-you

The Webster Manufacturing Company operated in Superior from about 1891 until 1932. It reorganized and reopened in 1935 and finally ceased operation for good in 1937.

Webster was in business from 1891 until the Great Depression put them out of business completely in 1935. I didn't find the exact chair as yours, but here is a Webster rocking chair that sold @ auction for $15:
Your chair is Webster, not Ebster. The company was making chairs from the 1890s and was a major company by 1915, according to the Kovels website: www.kovels.com/
This rocking chair is made by Webster Mfg. Co., value is $185-200.

I found it interesting that by 1915 Webster offered nine hundred different styles of chairs.
Also, although they operated branches across the country, the Superior factory alone employed five hundred workers and had started making other furniture besides chairs.
Sadly, the company became one of the casualties of the Great Depression and closed in 1932.
Your Webster rocking chair seems to be completely different from any style that's been shown or of any that I can find.
I would suggest that you join several of the antique forums and see if someone can provide more extensive information and hopefully better information on true value.
