I bought this doll from a friend. The chest is metal on outside and wooden on the inside. The doll is solid porcelain and/or bisque. The hair is rooted. The eyes open and close as they are supposed too. The legs and arms do have some cracks in them. She came with lots of clothes that hang on other side of box. All clothes either button or snap. I was wanting information on this doll as I can't find any information on her. Such as year made, value, history. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

This looks like a vintage doll that may be valuable. If no one here knows, you can post the pictures to the forum at www.dollreference.com.
You may want to have your antique doll professionally appraised.
This doll trunk looks the same as yours & is listed for $52:

I believe you will need to contact people who have a lot of knowledge about vintage/antique dolls, as this one has all the makings of a collectable doll.

This doll wardrobe trunk is made in the steamer style - it includes vintage travel stickers from railroads.
I think the doll trunk is from 1940s-50s.
I think that only the head is porcelain or bisque. I think your doll has composition arms and legs.

Check if you have a porcelain or bisque doll: hold the surface of the doll to your teeth and if it feels hard and cold, then it's made of porcelain or bisque. Bisque is unglazed ceramic porcelain, it has small pores that collect dust.
Check the back of the head or on the base of the neck, under the arms, if it has a wig under the hair, on the bottom of the feet for the doll maker's mark.
Identify the doll maker's mark using this site:

If the doll doesn't have a maker's mark contact a professional doll appraiser for help.
