It is a delicious harmonious blend of mouth watering tastes and texture! I like it so much because it's very easy to put together and the taste is such a pleasant surprise. My family loves it.
Ingredients:
- grilled boneless chicken breast or thighs
- rotisserie seasoning or poultry seasoning, to taste
- French bread, toasted
- Creole mustard
- mayonnaise (optional)
- alfalfa sprouts or cilantro
- fresh tomatoes, sliced
- cucumbers, sliced
- Greek peperoncini peppers
- feta cheese
- black olives, sliced
Directions:
Wash and thoroughly dry boneless chicken breast. Season with rotisserie or poultry seasoning. Grill chicken until completely cooked. I use an indoor electric grill.
Toast or grill French bread. Spread Creole mustard and mayonnaise over bread.
Add alfalfa sprouts or cilantro on bread. Add tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, Greek peperoncini peppers, sliced olives, and sliced feta cheese.
