Wash and thoroughly dry boneless chicken breast. Season with rotisserie or poultry seasoning. Grill chicken until completely cooked. I use an indoor electric grill. Toast or grill French bread. Spread Creole mustard and mayonnaise over bread. Add alfalfa sprouts or cilantro on bread. Add tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, Greek peperoncini peppers, sliced olives, and sliced feta cheese. Enjoy!
