Ingredients:
- 3 cups powder sugar,2 sticks butter,1/4 cup milk(pour a little at a time for thickness)for chocolate frosting add 1/2 cup cocoa powder(unsweeten)
Steps:
- With your mixer, beat pre soften butter. Scrape down sides of mixer.
- Add powder sugar a little at a time and mix at low speed. Add the rest of powder sugar, along with half of your milk. Mix low, blend.
- Add the rest of the milk, blend medium speed (If you want your frosting thinner, add a tablespoon of milk at a time).
- For chocolate frosting add powder sugar and cocoa together

Just a suggestion. Use a fluted tip when you swirl the frosting on to the cupcakes. The round tip makes the piles of chocolate frosting look like something other than frosting.
