Easy Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 egg
• 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

Mix all ingredients well. Roll into 1 inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet; flatten slightly. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10-12 minutes.
